Sarracenia ‘Bug Bat’ has distinctive rounded arching reddish hoods. The trap tops are narrow and show red and white coloration with veining and rows of white areoles (windows). For an insect, these windows could look like an opening because the light is coming through, so they fly in and get trapped. I personally love the front fin which has a lot of ruffles.
