Urban life isn't for everyone and can be incredibly difficult for birds. As well as having to find food and places to nest, urban birds must contend with noise, pollution, and sometimes large buildings whose glass surfaces can cause fatal collisions. Yet 20% of the world's bird species live in cities, and it's one of those urban birds you see in this photograph.
